1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We proudly offer reliable worldwide shipping. Total delivery time is broken down into Processing Time (the time it takes to prepare and pack your order) and Shipping Time (the actual transit time after leaving our warehouse).
⚡ Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasonal sales or high-volume promotional periods.

2. Duties, Customs & Taxes
For international orders outside our primary fulfillment hubs, additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may be assessed by your local government regulations upon arrival. These supplemental charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking
We believe in complete transparency. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number and an interactive tracking link, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
4. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues
Address Changes: Please double-check and verify your shipping details during checkout. Once an order is processed or leaves our facility, we are logistically unable to implement any address modifications or route redirections.
Undeliverable Packages: If a shipment is marked and returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts by the local carrier, our team will contact you promptly to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages: AURIACL is not held responsible for shipments that are officially registered and scanned as "Delivered" by the designated carrier but are subsequently missing or stolen. If your package goes missing post-delivery, we highly recommend filing a direct claim with your local carrier utilizing your provided tracking number.
